Felipe has concentrated his practice on domestic and international litigation as well as arbitration. He has experience in ordinary civil courts and in arbitrations under CAM, ICC, and ad hoc rules, focusing on civil matters, infrastructure, and construction. Furthermore, he has experience in disputes followed under the Ley de Concesiones de Obras Públicas, both before the Concessions Technical Panel and Arbitration Commissions.
